World Gospel Mission and the Africa Gospel Church work very closely together to train and develop church leaders, pastors, evangelists, and other Christian workers.
The Buvuma Islands ministry is the home to one of the eight pastoral training centers that World Gospel Mission operates in Uganda.
Pastors and potential pastors come for training for a few days each month and then return to their homes and ministries. This "just-in-time" approach to training enables these faithful workers to stay in their ministry while they train, and keeps the training focussed on practical challenges and issues that they are currently facing in their ministries.
